Inside the Leson Factory: From Injection Molding to Final QC

Ever wondered how a Leson rice cooker is made? Take a look inside our partner factory where every unit passes through five key stages.

Stage 1 — Injection molding

Automatic injection machines produce the body parts in-house, so we control quality from the very first step and never depend on outside plastic suppliers.

Stage 2 — Hardware and inner pots

Non-stick and stainless inner pots are produced and inspected for coating thickness and roundness.

Stage 3 — Assembly lines

Trained workers assemble heating plates, control panels and lids on standardized lines — every screw torqued, every cable checked.

Stage 4 — 100% aging test

Every single cooker is powered on and runs a full cooking cycle before packing. Nothing ships untested.

Stage 5 — Final inspection and packing

QC staff check appearance, accessories and carton printing. Then containers are loaded under camera supervision.
